According to a new study, most American motorists find speeding to be extremely destructive driving behavior, and believe that speed limits must be obeyed as a matter of law. A four-year-old girl recently suffered serious leg injuries in a dog bite attack, caused by a dog that was in the care of a professional dog walker at the time.
